RECIPE - GA - NICOLE DULCE DE LECHE

INGREDIENTS:
4 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Vanilla to taste


PREPARATION MODE:
In a thick bottom pailla pour the milk and sugar and salt. Bring to a high heat. When it begins to thicken, lower over low heat. Keep moving constantly with wooden spoon. When the candy starts to see the bottom, remove it from the heat and pour the spoon of cornstarch dissolved in 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk and vanilla. Move well and return to high heat for several minutes. Remove from heat and beat constantly until you have the point you want. Put the candy on waxed paper and enjoy
