Where am I from?

I was bron in Spain, in Catalonia, and I live in Rubí.



My family

I have a mother (50 years), a father (54 yers), and a brother (24 years)m and my sister-in-law (25 years)


How I consider my self?

I consider myself kind funny and trustworthy.


What would to have I like to be when I grow up?
I would like to have a stable job, I don't have something specific.



What do I like to do in my free time?

I like to play videogames, meet friends, and listen to music (of all kinds), What's are your favorite singe?



  


Out Spain.
 I visited London, Belgium, and Paris.
 




London

The biggest thing in London is the big ben, the ferris wheel, and the green park but have squirrels.

I didn't like Belgium very much.

I visit Ghent, Brujas, and Brussels, what I liked the most was the Brussels square.

  

  

Paris

I visited Diseny Land Paris, and Paris.

What pleased was Disney Land Paris, and Torrie Eiffel.

  

My likes

 I like to listen music, I like the party, I like to laugh, I like to be friends.

RECIPE - GA - NICOLE DULCE DE LECHE

INGREDIENTS:
4 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Vanilla to taste


PREPARATION MODE:
In a thick bottom pailla pour the milk and sugar and salt. Bring to a high heat. When it begins to thicken, lower over low heat. Keep moving constantly with wooden spoon. When the candy starts to see the bottom, remove it from the heat and pour the spoon of cornstarch dissolved in 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk and vanilla. Move well and return to high heat for several minutes. Remove from heat and beat constantly until you have the point you want. Put the candy on waxed paper and enjoy

RECIPE - GA

Ingredients:

-500 g flour
-250 g water (in winter you can pour more water)
-Pork leg: 70% meat and 30% fat
-Ginger
-Chinese chives
-Chinese cabbage
-2 spoons Softer soy sauce (natural fermented)
-100ml beef broth
-Chinese spices (5 species)
-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

 RECIPES OF ROSQUILLAS 

Ingredients

 250 grams of flour
75 grams of sugar
2 eggs
80 ml lactose-free milk
80 ml of oil
50 ml of orange juice
 5 grams of baking powder
2 butter spoons


Instructions


In a large bowl we put the eggs and beat them well together with the sugar, add the orange juice.


Mix well and add the flour little by little and the baking powder.


Knead the mixture well until it is soft. We spread our fingers in oil to make dough balls.


we make balls with a hole in the center we put the oil to heat


Let's put the rosquillas in the eskillet. 


The oil should not be very hot because they do not snatch and do not fry inside.


Once done they are left drying on paper towels

Oral Presentation (5-10’)

Good Morning,

My name is Susana.

I have two sisters, I’m the little girl in the house.

Since I was a child summer in Roquetas de Mar, because my mother was born in Almería.

My uncle emigrated to Terrassa to work and my mother came to visit him, that’s how to knew my father.

They were dating for a few years and then they got married in 1977.

I was born in 1986 in Terrassa.

I remember very happy childhood, I loved going to the park with my bike and with skates too.

I played basketball on the school team.

When I finished EGB I changed institute.

I didn’t know anyone, but I soon made friends.

It was a time of many changes.

I graduated in high school and started working.

I worked for 13 years serving the customer at the same company.

In that course of time I bought my house.

I married the bank first, and then with my husband in 2013..

On the honeymoon we went to New York and Mexico (Riviera Maya).

The city that never sleeps is amazing.

It’s like living in a movie, Time Square, The Empire State Building, it’s spectacular city.

I think you have to go see him at least once in a lifetime. 

That said, like the Mediterranean diet there’s nothing.

I can’t forget the Central Park and his 4km.

I also really liked Riviera Maya, they have a very different culture and traditions.

In 2014 came the gift of my life, my daughter Emma was born, and two years later my other daughter Valeria.

Even it it’s a topical but they are the engine of my life.

Right now I don’t have much time, the time I have I spend on them.

Actually they have 5 and 3 years.

In my previous job it wasn’t easy to be a mother and work at the same time.

Is what has led me to be here, to seek an improvement professionally.

Oral Presentation GSA ROBIN

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, my name is Robin and I’m going to talk about me. If you allow me, I will share a little of myself with all of you.

I will make a little introduction about me, I’ll talk about my hobbies and if you want, at the end of the presentation you can ask me any other thing about me. I will not talk about my personal life; I would rather not do it.

As I said before, my name is Robin, l’m 21 years old and, I was born in Dominican Republic but I have lived in Spain since I was a child. I have an older sister, she’s 22 and a younger brother who is 19.

I'm allergic to dogs, but I have two. We adopted the second dog less than a month ago. He is called Kody, and he is a naughty dog.

I am currently working and studying so I don’t have many time for me, but I used to dedicate time to my hobbies, like watching series, hang out with friends or playing sports.

I spent all the summer playing sports, specifically calisthenics or better known as street workout.

Street workout is a physical activity performed mostly in outdoor parks or public facilities.

You meet a lot of people from BCN City, Sant Cugat, Terrassa etc training and all of them very healthy.

In the future I would like to travel around the world and meet new cultures, but I have to learn English.
