PANCAKES
- 150 g wheat flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 25 g of white sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 200 ml of whole milk
- Vanilla aroma
- 12 g of baking powder
- A pinch of fine salt.
- Honey, nutella, butter ... (whatever you want)
Process
- In a bowl we mix the dry ingredients, flour, yeast, sugar and salt. We booked.
- Combine the beaten eggs, the melted butter and the vanilla essence in another bowl. We incorporate the dry ingredients and, with a rod, we incorporate them to the liquids.

- We heat a frying pan (it must be the one we have so that things do not stick, the tortillas or things on the grill).
- When it is hot, add a ladle of the pancake mixture, starting to pour it through the center and letting the dough itself redistribute in the pan. It is important that we regulate the temperature up or down throughout the process.
- If the dough does not curdle when added to the pan it will be too cold and if, on the contrary, the lower part burns before the bubbles appear on the upper part, it will be too hot.
- When we see that bubbles appear on the top of the pancake or pancake, it is time to turn it over with a spatula. Cook the pancake on the other side for 30 or 40 seconds and remove.
- We can add to the dough once we pour it into the pan some type of fresh fruits, blueberries, raspberries, they will be perfect as an accompaniment.
- We serve the pancakes one on top of the other making a tower, bathed in honey, a yummy snack. As an alternative, we can substitute honey for homemade cocoa cream or the one you like the most, great!
