MOVIES - Quarentine - Mingo
I found it interesting, a girl incubated and raised up by an omniscent motherly robbot connected wireless to other soldier robbots all of which are programmed to generate a more empathetic humanity after the apocalypse caused by selfish aggressive leaders.
Very similar to the previous one, a scientist girl risks her life to remain on the Earth when everybody has fled to colonize other worlds. The leading actress is Andie MacDowell's daughter, her mother is one of my favourite actresses who starred in The Groundhog's Day, a movie I like very much, very similar in plot to The Edge of Tomorrow with Tom Cruise, another of my favourite movies.
The Watchosky sisters wrote and filmed Mattrix and this one is also from them, an intriguing plot, espectacular photography, a fairy tale story line, very entertaining. The Watchosky sisters also produced Cloud Atlas with Tom Hanks, I love that movie!
In a way, Contagion, that premiered on September, 9 of 2011, that is, 9 years ago, resembles a little bit what is happening right now during this pandemy and confinement. By chance, I started watching Twelve Monkeys, a Netflix series, with the same recurrent topic of a journey back in time to avoid a pandemy.

This is one of my favourite desserts, I fixed it up for one of our classes and we all chipped in with our favourite foods, I remember some of you were interested in the ingredients, here you have them, but you can add all kind of fruits.
Simply, toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and put it in the fridge for a while before serving it. I find it delicious.

Good afternoon Mingo, hope you're fine during this quarentene, I'm uploading these videoclips which are authentic jewels, I've known them for years but I still get a kick out of them whenever I watch them, they are a lot of fun, perhaps even for an English class, they are made by two Norwegean comedians, make sure you do take a look at them because they are worthy.
